Butcher’s Bunches begin on a vine, or on a tree, laden with plump, naturally sweet fruits just waiting to be plucked and preserved.
When you taste our jams and preserves you’re tasting the blush of summer, often blended with unexpected but beguiling partners. Amano Artisan Chocolate of Orem, Utah. Brilliant whiskey blends from Park City Utah’s High West Distillery. Fine Amaretto. Madagascar vanilla beans. Carefully selected spices. Most of the time we add no sugar at all, but when we do, it’s just a whisper of Muscavado or the sugar that is part of a fine blended ingredient. We never, ever use sugar substitutes.
When we finish working our magic, there’s nothing ordinary about what’s in the jar. Fruit meets creativity and the results are simply delectable.
Our handcrafted jams and preserves are definitely not just for toast – not that there’s anything wrong with that. Enjoy them on pancakes and waffles, in pastries or spread over cheesecake, swirled into yogurt or fruit compotes, spooned over ice cream, with cheese and pate, or straight from the jar.
In addition to our focus on flavors and quality, we are committed to using as many local products as possible. To us, sustainability means sustaining the farmers and other producers whose products have helped make us what we are today – one of Utah’s finest award-winning artisan products.
