Great Balls of Fire: WHAT TO DO WITH IT?

Use this great jam to glaze just about any protein. Kenneth loves to drench his hot wings in this “fire jelly” and slurp them down!

It also makes a wonderful addition to pork, chicken or salmon. (grilled, baked, dutch oven)

Just sear it in during the last few minutes of cooking.

A great veggie dish is any mixture of veggies (broccoli, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts, whatever you choose!), some garlic, Orange peel, tofu and a couple teaspoons of Some Like it Hot. Saute (Wok) them together and you have a vegetarian dinner, that is sassy and delicious!

Another wonderful use for this spread is to pair it with cream cheese and use as an appetizer.

Have a party, break out some chips, (Pita chips are wonderful!) and tell people to DIP in… :) It is an easy and wonderful appetizer to make (and clean up!)

Have you ever tried a Ham, Turkey or Roast beef sandwich with a bit of spicy jam instead of mayonnaise? It is not only deliciously different, but it is a lot healthier for you! Try it on your favorite sandwich and elevate your lunch. Put it on a wrap, create a gourmet grilled cheese at home. Think outside the Jar!! Your imagination is your only limit!

You may also top off scrambled eggs, add it to your favorite brownie recipe (before you bake), but whatever you do; PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD!
